We provide customers with a comprehensive solution for acquiring and installing tailored and intelligent energy system solutions, enabling every household to swiftly and professionally achieve climate-neutral living, heating, and mobility. Furthermore, in our technology division, we are focused on advancing and expanding the Heartbeat software to connect customers globally with the electricity market, offering the most cost-effective and environmentally friendly electricity rates.

Your Role
  • Advise and market our extensive product range and intelligent 1K5° energy management system "Heartbeat" to homeowners and businesses in the local area.
  • Plan and organize customer meetings, prepare proposals, and conduct consultations independently and flexibly according to customer needs.
  • With pre-qualified leads from the 1KOMMA5° group, you will engage potential customers daily within a brief timeframe.
  • From initial contact to project completion, you will ensure transparent communication and customized solutions.
  • Work closely with project coordination and technical project management to transition customer projects and support them to successful completion for effective referral business.
  • Share your insights to continuously enhance the sales process in your region.
Your Profile
  • Highly driven, you may be starting your sales career in our sector or possess experience in selling complex products, ideally in the residential market - particularly in photovoltaics and/or heat pumps.
  • As a communicative, empathetic, and open-minded individual, you provide clear and personalized advice to customers at all times.
  • You possess a strong technical understanding, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • You are adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to staying informed with the latest knowledge in this dynamic industry.
  • You find fulfillment and conviction in your work and value these qualities as much as we do.
  • You are fluent in German, both verbally and in writing, at a business level.
