About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Amazon Ads team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our advertising clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide seamless sales support to ensure continuity and effectiveness in sales operations.
  • Travel within Germany and across EU5 to support clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Generate advertising revenue through objective-led selling across Streaming TV and other brand-building advertising solutions.
  • Influence buying decisions to drive increased revenue from existing advertisers and new revenue streams.
  • Establish credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision-makers.
About the Team

Amazon Adapt is a program designed to offer coverage solutions for business gaps that may occur due to extended leave or unexpected account transitions. Our team deploys highly skilled, hyper-agile talent to ensure customers can continue to invest in their partnerships with Amazon Advertising, uninterrupted.

Requirements
  • Experience building client and agency relationships.
  • Experience closing sales and revenue generation.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Previous experience working in e-commerce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.
  • Experience with TV/STV/Video ad sales or agency.
  • Knowledge of digital marketplace and understanding of the video competitive landscape.
