About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Administrative Specialist at Alphartis SE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of our used vehicle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including documentation and digital storage.
  • Coordinate the setup and maintenance of vehicle systems, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance tasks in our electronic data systems, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Prepare and process invoices, guarantees, and other financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process and manage manufacturer bonuses, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement.
  • Conduct pre-valuation assessments of used vehicles, ensuring accurate pricing and market competitiveness.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Desirable: Previous experience as a process coordinator or administrative assistant in a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and commercial practices.
  • Ability to work independently and with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in manufacturer systems an asset.
