Your Responsibilities:

  • You have gained initial experience in direct sales.
  • Engaging with unfamiliar contacts motivates you rather than deters you.
  • You actively listen to your clients and comprehend their challenges.
  • Your drive is to persuade others and convert them into clients.
  • In an increasingly complex and interconnected business environment, you simplify and clarify solutions.
  • Your portfolio includes products from mobile and fixed-line sectors, as well as corporate networks like SD-WAN, security, and IoT solutions.
  • As a member of the sales team, you will represent O2 Business and be part of the Telefónica family.
  • Your passion for sales is evident day in and day out.

What We Expect from You:

  • Initial sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or ICT sector.
  • A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strategic, analytical, and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and an understanding of customer requirements.
  • Results-driven, self-reliant, and passionate about sales.
  • Fluent in German with excellent verbal and written communication skills; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license (Class B).
