Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-spirited individual to join our team as a Creator Acquisition and Partnership Specialist.
This role involves building long-term relationships with top creators and premium brands, developing strategies for creator acquisition, and executing campaigns to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Discover and test new channels for creator acquisition and optimize existing campaigns through A/B testing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and connect them to premium brands
- Help creators scale their businesses and achieve financial stability using Zezam's technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to approach new projects with an open mind
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work with creators, understand their needs, and help them grow
- Proven track record of executing projects with diligence and attention to detail
- Full professional proficiency in English and German
- Experience working in influencer marketing or a high-growth startup is a plus
