Senior Architect

Your role in our team:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team at European Commodity Clearing AG. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software architectures for our financial services systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing software concepts and architectures for our financial services systems
  • Translating business, technical, and compliance requirements into software architectures
  • Defining and designing software components and interfaces
  • Planning and evaluating work packages
  • Selecting appropriate technologies for technical enablement
  • Advising the full stack software development team on implementation
  • Developing integration and verification strategies
  • Coordinating with IT, information security, and other control functions for compliance

Your skills and qualifications:

  • University degree in Information Technology or Computer Science Engineering
  • Background in full stack software development and architecture
  • Solid understanding of full stack web technologies
  • Knowledge of security controls for public cloud
  • Experience in Requirements Engineering and Domain Driven Design
  • Knowledge of Linux containers and Kubernetes
  • Practical experience in working with and architecting a Hyperscaler
  • Experienced in working with agile tools
  • Teamplayer-mindset with strong intercultural and communication skills
  • Business fluent language skills in German and English
