About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company in Düsseldorf. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in managing the demand planning process, ensuring accurate forecasting, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for all products across Retail and Foodservice channels
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive demand planning process
  • Build realistic sales forecasts at product level, including promotions and product introductions, with a horizon of 24 months
  • Analyze actual sales, promotional activities, trend developments, and innovations to inform demand planning decisions
  • Participate in S&OP meetings to understand potential supply risks and act as an interface to the Customer Service team

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as Business Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • First work experience in order management, customer service, or a related function, or a sound knowledge of logistics operations
  • Strong Excel skills and preferably SAP knowledge
  • Business proficient English and proficient German
