Job Title: Demand & Supply Planner

Galderma is a leading dermatology company that is committed to advancing the field of dermatology for every skin story. We are seeking a highly skilled Demand & Supply Planner to join our team in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Job Summary:

The Demand & Supply Planner will be responsible for planning and optimizing demand and supply processes, ensuring the availability of products while minimizing inventory costs and stock-out risks. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and supply plans
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and optimize product availability
  • Participate in the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment and optimization of supply chain activities
  • Monitor and report key supply chain metrics, including DPA, COF, inventory levels, and OOS
  • Support the implementation of new products and processes
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock levels through ABC and safety stock analysis
  • Ensure the availability of products while minimizing inventory costs and stock-out risks
  • Collaborate with CMOs and LSPs to ensure smooth supply chain operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, logistics, or economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, commercial operations, sales, or supply chain
  • Strong analytical skills and structured approach to work
  • Excellent Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
  • IT affinity and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
