SAP S/4HANA Quality Assurance Program Director

Are you experienced in SAP S/4HANA and looking for a new opportunity? Cognizant is in search of a SAP S/4HANA Quality Assurance Program Director (m/f/d) for a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

As a SAP S/4HANA Quality Assurance Program Director (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include assessing requirements and functional specifications, securing consensus on acceptance criteria, and developing test objectives and plans.

In this position, you can anticipate:
  1. Utilizing the SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) for test management.
  2. Engaging in SAP testing and being well-versed in various testing methodologies, such as Functional Testing, Interface Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Sanity Testing.
  3. Leading and managing a substantial testing team.
  4. Implementing SAP best practices to define scope, enhance the quality of test cases, and document testing evidence.
  5. Conducting thorough reviews and finalizing the testing scope.
  6. Training product teams on SAP testing methodologies and ensuring effective use of the test management tool (SolMan).
  7. Efficiently distributing tasks, tracking progress, and managing timelines.
  8. Facilitating daily status meetings and providing regular updates to project stakeholders.
  9. Exhibiting strong communication abilities.
  10. Identifying potential risks and proactively developing mitigation strategies.
  11. Leading defect triage sessions and ensuring prompt resolution of defects.
  12. Enforcing established testing strategy guidelines, including entry and exit criteria for each testing phase.
To qualify for this SAP S/4HANA Quality Assurance Program Director (m/f/d) position, your skills and experience should encompass:
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, JRA, Power BI, Signavio, etc.
  • Capability to leverage multiple technology areas within SAP AFS, SAP Retail, and/or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage, along with a passion for transformational initiatives.
  • Experience in SAP testing and familiarity with various testing types, including functional testing, interface testing, and user acceptance testing.
    • A Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong risk management skills.
