Senior Consultant SAP S/4HANA Service (f/m/d)

Are you enthusiastic about digital transformation and SAP solutions? We are looking for a dedicated professional to assist our clients in enhancing their operations with SAP S/4HANA, guiding them from needs assessment through to execution and training. Play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consulting to clients on improving their after-sales operations utilizing SAP S/4HANA Service solutions, including design and implementation.
  • Configure or tailor SAP S/4HANA Service to meet specific client needs.
  • Transition CRM functionalities to contemporary SAP S/4HANA service workflows.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users and project teams.
  • Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Degree completed and a minimum of 3 years experience in consulting (or internal consulting), particularly in process consulting or technical SAP S/4HANA projects within the after-sales domain.
  • A strong interest in sales or service processes and their modeling and enhancement.
  • Proficiency in the application and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Service or related components such as SAP SD, SAP CS, or SAP CRM.
  • Your approach is characterized by acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internally at MHP, showcasing strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving capabilities.
