About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our IT team at STRABAG BRVZ GMBH & CO. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire contract life cycle management process, from tendering to contract execution, in collaboration with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve standardized procurement processes and documentation
  • Represent the IT procurement team in cross-functional projects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT lawyers and specialists, to ensure seamless contract management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the IT sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel for business purposes
