Exciting Career Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at TE Connectivity Germany. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions for High Voltage Automotive Contactors in the automotive industry. Your expertise will be crucial in meeting strict reliability requirements and driving technical advancements in the field.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop cutting-edge design solutions for High Voltage Automotive Contactors
  • Become an expert in various technical areas related to automotive engineering
  • Lead technical development activities and drive the Engineering technology roadmap
  • Mentor and train other engineers
  • Analyze customer specifications and design detailed test requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to product standardization and quality control processes
  • Work on process and manufacturing improvements
  • Stay updated on competitive products and market trends
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or PhD in physics, mechatronics, or equivalent
  • Several years of professional engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge in electro-mechanical engineering and complex physical interconnections
  • Experience with automotive development processes and quality requirements
  • Fluency in German and English, Portuguese skills a plus
  • Expertise in technical tools and analysis
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
