Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to strengthen our team and drive innovation in industrial microwave technology and microwave-based plasma applications. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to bring new products to market
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage product development and launch processes to ensure timely and successful product releases
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, and make data-driven decisions to improve products and services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the industrial microwave technology or plasma applications industry
  • Strong understanding of product development, marketing, and sales principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
