Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive team culture.


Requirements:

  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German, with a strong understanding of the language and culture.
  • Flexibility and Reliability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a strong commitment to reliability and attendance.
