Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Associate/ Cashier to join our team at our store in Remscheid-Lennep. As a Sales Associate/ Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and ensuring that products are displayed attractively
  • Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
