Join DIMPACT as a Technical Co-Founder
We are on the lookout for a Technical Co-Founder to become an integral part of our founding team at DIMPACT, a self-funded startup operating in the AI Sales-Tech sector. This venture will initially function as a side project, and while we cannot offer a salary at the beginning due to our bootstrapped status, you are welcome to maintain your full-time employment while contributing to this exciting opportunity.
We are searching for a technical entrepreneur who is eager to achieve both professional and financial freedom. This journey is not about quick wins or rapid scaling; instead, it focuses on creating a sustainable and highly profitable enterprise over the long term, where you will have complete control as your own leader.
Key Responsibilities- Develop the product from the ground up.
- Engage in extensive product discovery alongside your co-founder.
- Create the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), launch it, and consistently deliver new features that our clients appreciate.
- Integrate AI into your daily operations.
- You possess the entrepreneurial spirit that sets you apart from the rest. This is a genuine bootstrap founder opportunity, requiring a strong desire to establish your own business and the willingness to face the associated challenges (financial instability, long hours, and hard work).
- You are ready to move beyond the venture capital landscape, aspiring to build a niche product company that grows organically at your pace.
- You have prior experience founding a startup or have held a senior leadership role in a startup with notable achievements.
- Experience in B2B product development is essential.
- You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is a plus.
- You are prepared to take a hands-on approach as a co-founder, engaging in coding and testing during the early stages of the venture.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills are a must.
- You are self-motivated, ready to hustle daily, and committed to getting things done.
- You have a proven track record of extraordinary achievements and previous entrepreneurial endeavors.
