We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team at SAP LeanIX. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their business goals through the successful deployment of our enterprise architecture management (EAM) solutions.
As an Enterprise Architect at SAP LeanIX, you will be responsible for working closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and provide expert guidance on the optimal setup and implementation of our EAM solutions. You will leverage your deep understanding of modern application architectures, IT organizations, and development of IT applications to help customers visualize, assess, and manage the transition towards their target IT architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our sales team to understand customer needs and provide expert guidance on the optimal setup and implementation of our EAM solutions.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business goals and translate them into effective technical implementations.
- Support the sales process with consultative guidance on SAP LeanIX EAM solutions.
- Perform technical discovery with prospects and architect/build proposed solutions using SAP LeanIX SaaS-based technology.
- Successfully manage and execute technical proof of concepts (POCs).
- Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
- Support sales managers with product demonstrations and tenders.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or Customer Success Engineer.
- Solid understanding of modern application architectures (e.g. REST API, Microservices, Container Deployment), understanding of IT organizations, development of IT applications, and IT operations in medium to large-size companies.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Quick adopter and fast learner with confidence in being exposed to a hyper-growth environment.
- Passion for consulting and tactical empathy to apply and present complex solutions effectively and in an engaging manner.
- Superior presentation skills – remote and onsite.
- Excellent customer focus with a polite, patient, caring, calm, and always professional demeanor.
- Willingness to inspire our prospects with great solutions for their challenges and questions.
- Exposure to IT Management Process or Framework (e.g. ITIL, TOGAF, Cobit or other) is clearly a plus.
- Exposure to MEDDICC is a plus.
