Bar Team Lead

Fotografiska Berlin GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Team member to join our team at Bar Clara. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution of our innovative world-class beverage program, ensuring seamless service and exceptional quality.
- Manage and oversee daily planning and upkeep of the beverage program, ensuring an integrated, efficient, and profitable operation.
- Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of beverage menus, with the ability to articulate to members and guests in an engaged, knowledgeable, and thoughtful manner.
- Provide warm and humble greetings, cocktail building, wine service, and operational discretion while providing a seamless experience for our members and guests.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of payment process standard operating procedures and execute the Bar Clara Sequence of Service in a timely and accurate manner.
- Attend regular operational meetings and team trainings to ensure ongoing menu knowledge growth and effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
- 5+ years experience lead bartending/serving for high-end, highly visible entertainment entities.
- Capacity to work within an ever-changing environment, assisting to develop operating procedures as the business dictates.
- Advocate and ambassador of service excellence who understands the critical role that exceeding and maintaining service expectations plays in the success of building F+B operations.
- Supply expert knowledge of craft and classic cocktails along with old world / new world wines.
- Thorough and detailed execution of the Bar Clara Sequence of Service in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ability to multitask a workflow of warm and humble greetings, cocktail building, wine service, and operational discretion while providing a seamless experience for our members and guests.
- Attention to detail across all aspects of bar maintenance in terms of opening, closing, daily/weekly, and monthly checklist completion, and bar equipment upkeep.
- Clear communication on orders to ensure the delivery of drinks are in a timely manner, and alerting the Bar Management when running low on any particular item.
