German Customer Service Representative for Miele

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - German Language. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers to address product or service issues and provide solutions.
- Advise customers on the proper use of their electric appliances.
- Handle customer complaints in an efficient manner and determine the cause of the problem.
- Expediting corrections and/or adjustments and following up to ensure resolution.
- Assist with the processing of refunds or exchanges.
- Arrange the placement of orders.
- High level of fluency in German.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Customer support/troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the brand is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills utilizing active listening.
- Experience within the household appliance/commercial equipment industry is a plus.
- Comfortable with the use of basic technology tools.
- A positive, can-do attitude that shines through every interaction.
