Position Overview:
The role of the Enterprise Architect encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our technological framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Formulate and articulate a detailed target architecture vision across all technology domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sustainability principles.
- Strategic Consultation: Offer expert guidance to leadership on technological and architectural matters pertinent to system development and integration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels to implement technology architecture effectively and ensure coherence with business functions.
- Lead the definition of architectural specifications and design patterns for the development of digital architectures and microservices-based solutions in network, OSS, and BSS domains.
- Remain informed about emerging technologies, platforms, and frameworks to integrate into planning and transformation initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight in the deployment of new tools, technologies, solutions, and methodologies.
- Oversee architecture and design activities, including significant strategic programs, while actively ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution architecture, with a specialization in service and network architecture, technical architecture, integration architecture, data architecture, and application architecture.
- A proven history of architecting and designing solutions for hybrid application and system environments, encompassing legacy systems, microservices, and open-source technologies.
- Experience in leading and executing technology prototypes, proof of concepts, and reference implementations.
- Successful track record in planning and executing technological transformation initiatives within the telecommunications sector, including cloud migration and digitization efforts, alongside practical experience with container-based technologies.
- Strong technical acumen and knowledge of current and future technologies and telecommunications standards, including 5G, NFV, microservices architecture, AI, machine learning, and data platforms.
- Experience in closely collaborating with business stakeholders to provide a technology enterprise architecture that includes clear, outcome-oriented roadmaps.
- A proven ability to define and implement strategic programs within the telecommunications industry.
