Job Opportunities

To strengthen our team at the location Roding, we are looking for:

Assembly Supervisor (m/f/d)Your Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing both technical and managerial aspects of pre-assembly and final assembly, including commissioning, with a workforce of approximately 70 personnel
  • Accountability for the daily operational activities and management of necessary resources
  • Guaranteeing quality and timely fulfillment of projects up to the point of shipment preparation in line with the production timeline
  • Enhancing and streamlining process flows while identifying and resolving workflow disruptions
  • Acting as a liaison for our assembly sites (Wuxi, Malaysia, Nitra)
Your Qualifications:
  • Completed technical education (mechanics, electrics, or mechatronics) with further qualifications as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d), or an equivalent credential
  • Relevant hands-on experience in pre-assembly and/or final assembly within machinery and plant engineering
  • Several years of leadership experience
  • Strong quality awareness and the capability to identify optimization opportunities while quickly adapting to complex systems
  • A high degree of dedication, adaptability, teamwork, and communication skills, along with a structured and independent working style
