Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion across our 18 markets in Europe, Turkey, and APAC.
- Lead the development and implementation of new monetization channels, including advertising solutions and local account-management/merchant-success teams.
- Oversee the enterprise-accounts team to design and execute business strategies, launch new initiatives, and drive client growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement preferred partnerships and seller price-parity initiatives across platforms.
- Build and lead a high-performing account management team, providing training, execution support, and tools to drive business growth.
- Minimum 12 years of decision-making experience at the company level, with P&L accountability.
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup or technology environments.
- Proven track record of business achievements and international exposure, with a blend of consulting experience or a similar background.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with countries and cross-functional teams regionally and globally.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and actionably, with a strong desire to build and establish processes from the ground up.
- Team player with a positive attitude, who believes in achieving excellence through exceptional output.
