Lead Project Manager for Technical Operations (m/w/d) Possible Locations: Leipzig, Frankfurt am Main, Berlin

In response to the ever-increasing demands of property operations, digital transformation is becoming increasingly vital. Building data should ideally be available in real-time, and reports should be generated at the push of a button. Additionally, there are requirements for secure data management systems and interfaces.

As a member of the Projects and Quality Management (TQM) team, you will serve as the liaison between technical property management and both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include conducting peer group analyses, monitoring various technical data, ESG ratings, and identifying improvement potentials for investor reporting and service level agreements with external partners. You will also play a key role in the content and technical advancement of planning and analysis models for operations and management, as well as performance forecasting and control models for existing properties. You will collaborate closely with various departments in an interdisciplinary manner.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the data foundations for prioritization and supporting key management and decision-making processes
  • Initiating process optimizations to enhance data quality
  • Conducting needs-based analyses and generating reports (building data, energy, CO2, general operational data, ESG, project and budget evaluations, etc.)
  • Collaborating with operational areas for efficient data collection and analysis
  • Providing key figures and standardized reports as an internal service for other departments
  • Analyzing deviations and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective measures
  • Designing and implementing appropriate key performance indicator systems (KPI systems) and preparing data for internal and external reporting, considering sustainability-related guidelines, standards, and frameworks
Your Profile:
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a confident demeanor
  • Successfully completed higher education in engineering, computer science, statistics, controlling, business administration with a focus on facility management or real estate, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in data analysis and report generation according to various requirements
  • Experience in project and transformation management
  • Basic knowledge of evolving sustainability/ESG standards, metrics, and concepts
  • Proficient in databases, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English
