Revvity is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Support Specialist - Working Student to join our dynamic HR team in Hamburg.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth operation of our HR functions. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from managing employee documentation to assisting with payroll processes and contributing to various HR projects.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, collect, manage, file, and digitalize all employment documents using our HRSolVVE-Ticketing-System.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the HR team in documenting HR operations and payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records within the Workday system and physical storage.
  • Develop and distribute informative materials for employees, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Actively participate in various HR projects, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
Your Profile:
  • Currently enrolled as a student or recent graduate, ideally in human resources, administration, management, or a related field.
  • Native German speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills (minimum C1 level).
  • Fluent English speaker (at least CEFR B2 level).
  • Available to work 20 hours per week for a period of three months.
  • Demonstrate emotional maturity, strong ethical values, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Possess meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for professional use.
