We are looking for a Training Developer at our location in Coburg in the field of personnel development. **Your Responsibilities**
**Learning Content Development**
Define learning objectives in collaboration with the client and subject matter experts
Creation and updating of e-learning content, videos, online and presence training according to established procedures for various departments
Creation of selected media for training content
Creation and updating of tests to control learning success
Purchasing of external training while observing our purchasing conditions
Commissioning of translations and integration of the translated text into the learning modules with adaptation of the layout
**Requirements**
We are looking for someone with:
- A successful university degree, e.g. in pedagogy or comparable education and training
- Knowledge of one or more e-learning creation tools
- Experience in digital training development (desired)
- Good communication and team skills
- Systematic, result-oriented and cost-conscious working style combined with implementation strength and initiative
- SAP SF knowledge and safe handling of Google Workspace
