We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Tutoring Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at Lernzentrum Coburg. As a key member of our academic support team, you will work closely with students to provide individualized learning support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality tutoring services to students in a one-on-one or small group setting
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive learning experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong academic background and relevant teaching or tutoring experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced learning environment
