Are you prepared to take on a rewarding role as a Team Manager in the Inside Sales sector of our international automotive division? In this pivotal role, you will lead an opportunity management team within the dynamic realm of Automotive Logistics. Prepare to engage in global cross-product tender management, operational account oversight, and pricing & solution strategies, influencing the trajectory of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the cross-product tender management, operational account oversight, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborating with essential stakeholders, departments, and teams within the Hellmann organization to serve our international automotive logistics clientele.
  • Engaging with our global automotive clients on tenders, pricing inquiries, and new business ventures.
  • Working closely with the Global Account Manager to assist our international clients in the Hellmann Automotive Logistics sector.
  • Enhancing processes and outcomes while analyzing data to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Acting as both a functional and disciplinary leader for the opportunity management team in the automotive field.
  • Supporting team members in developing their skills and reaching new professional milestones.
  • Conducting employee evaluations, performance assessments, and participating in recruitment processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in inside sales, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales management software to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to connect with our global teams and clients.
