We are seeking a skilled Haustechniker (m/w/d) to join our team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our facility management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical building equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the optimal functioning of technical building equipment
  • Perform and document maintenance, inspection, and repair work, and report completed tasks to our IT systems
  • Independently resolve technical issues and optimize operational processes in our facilities
  • Guarantee the overall technical condition of the technical building equipment under your care

Your Profile

  • Completed training as an Electronics Technician for Building Services (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification in the field of electrical engineering
  • Good knowledge of building services and technical operations
  • Knowledge of procedures for troubleshooting based on performance agreements
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office products/PC skills
  • Strong customer orientation, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work, flexibility, and resilience
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail
