Have you ever wondered how HelloFresh efficiently delivers meal kits to a vast customer base? Are you enthusiastic about Supply Chain Operations and eager to enhance customer satisfaction? Do you enjoy solving complex challenges and innovating solutions? If so, we would like to connect with you.
HelloFresh is undergoing significant transformations in its supply chain operations and planning division, and we are seeking a leader to guide this transition. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a Shared Services framework to manage the daily operations of our international supply chain. This involves overhauling supply chain procedures and ensuring the presence of proficient outsourced teams that align with our operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain Shared Services for Supplier Claims and Invoice Reconciliation to boost the efficiency of our global supply chain
- Identify and rectify outdated processes while introducing innovative workflows to enhance team productivity
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure our supply chain remains flexible and ready for future challenges
- Lead and manage teams located in various regions, focusing on engagement, performance, retention, and recruitment
- Facilitate the transformation of our Supply Chain and Procurement teams to meet evolving business demands
- Develop a strategic roadmap for Shared Services and oversee its effective implementation
- Implement governance practices to protect both employees and business outcomes
- Build and nurture relationships across the international supply chain to illustrate the value of Shared Services and garner support for its expansion
- Collaborate with leadership and provide insights on process modifications and organizational strategies
Qualifications
- Commitment to achieving results with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience in managing remote teams and nurturing team members' growth
- Proactive mindset, embracing change and uncertainty
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
- Capacity to challenge conventional practices with creative ideas
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Adept at working in a dynamic environment and addressing complex issues
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in supply chain management, ideally within the food sector or Shared Services
