Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Quality Engineer to join our development team in Bruchsal, focusing on Traktion Motors in E-Mobility. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the quality of our products for collaboration with automotive manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improve product and process quality along the value chain
- Analyze and resolve quality deviations using the 8D report structure
- Organize and conduct immediate actions, moderate problem-solving methods, and track the effectiveness of implemented improvements
- Develop and analyze quality statistics, and evaluate their impact
- Moderate and manage Design FMEAs
- Support the Quality Management System as a Quality Engineer
Requirements
- Completed higher technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
- Several years of experience in this field, Mechanical Engineering
- Familiarity with electric motors is an advantage
- Knowledge of quality standards IATF16949 and ISO9001, as well as experience with 6 Sigma
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- High precision, self-motivation, and a structured work approach, with the ability to maintain an overview
- Strong communication skills and intercultural team abilities
