About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team at ABOUT YOU. As a key member of our Accounting Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process various business transactions in accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit notes, and refunds.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, partners, and payment service providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Process and clarify open items, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing financial risks.
  • Administer and process our mailing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support projects aimed at optimizing accounting processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements.
Requirements
  • Completed training as an accountant or comparable qualification, such as tax clerk, industrial clerk, or office clerk.
  • First professional experience is desirable but not required.
  • Experience with IT systems, such as NAV18, Dynamics F&O, and SAP 4HANA, is advantageous.
  • Independent, proactive working style and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
