We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Property Manager (Technical) to oversee the operational management and strategic direction of our commercial properties in Munich. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing the Hines Experience brand in the market through the integration of asset, property, and facilities management.
  • Managing leases, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
  • Overseeing contract management for leases, services, and maintenance.
  • Supervising external property accounting services.
  • Identifying and driving development and efficiency opportunities within managed properties.
  • Planning, budgeting, and controlling operations for success.
  • Achieving high client and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Engaging in strategic procurement processes.
  • Conducting property inspections.
  • Providing strategic advice to owners and stakeholders.
  • Planning refurbishments, CAPEX, and property improvements.
  • Implementing space-as-a-service and placemaking strategies.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and relationship management.
  • Upholding Hines' ethical standards through rigorous compliance practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in a business-related field and a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the commercial real estate sector.
  • A solid understanding of the legal and technical aspects of property management.
  • Experience in managing contracts and relationships with third-party service providers is preferred.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Additional experience in stakeholder management and relationship building is advantageous.
