Your Key Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure
- Plan, operate, and maintain our local data center
- Administer user accounts, computers, and access rights in Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365
- Evaluate and procure necessary hardware and software
- Plan and execute hardware installations and software rollouts
- Provide technical support to employees with IT-related questions and issues
- Completed IT-focused vocational training, relevant university degree, or IT work experience
