Java Backend Development Role

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer to become a vital part of our engineering team. The ideal candidate should thrive on solving intricate problems and possess robust Backend development expertise, particularly in Java and the Spring Framework. This position emphasizes hands-on, high-quality coding for efficient distributed systems, working within a collaborative team that appreciates experience in React Redux frontend technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate innovative concepts for new functionalities and work closely with product management
  • Design and oversee complete functional groups from frontend to backend, ensuring both scalability and security
  • Develop and validate new features within an agile framework
  • Improve usability, performance, and quality assurance processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Over 6 years of experience in Java Backend software development
  • In-depth knowledge of Java, Spring, HTTP, API architecture, SQL databases, and UML
  • Proficiency in software testing, with an emphasis on automation
  • Experience in microservices architecture and Apache Kafka
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and service monitoring tools
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
