Manager of Own Brand Accessories

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of professionals
- Manage daily operations within the department while establishing departmental objectives
- Address customer inquiries and work towards enhancing the overall effectiveness and performance of the department
- Control and manage our proprietary accessories product range
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend evaluations
- Develop strategies to consistently boost our sales outcomes
- Participate in strategic planning, decision-making processes, and promote a positive workplace culture
- Collaborate with our team, suppliers, and internal departments to align the accessories product range
Your Qualifications
- Degree in business administration or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in sales, product marketing, or category management
- Background in the retail sector or electrical industry, preferably with an international perspective
- Self-motivated individual with strong negotiation skills and confidence
- Fluent in both German and English
About Our Company
MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group's Imtron division manages our four proprietary brands: ok., KOENIC, ISY, and PEAQ. Key responsibilities include procurement, marketing, product management, sales, and logistics.
The Accessories Product Management team is tasked with coordinating and directing the international product management and sourcing for MediaMarktSaturn's own brands across Europe, serving as the link between Imtron and our Country Category organizations. This role is crucial to the strategic growth of MediaMarktSaturn.
