About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join the ZEISS Group as a Workday HCM and Security Lead, where you will be responsible for designing and implementing Workday HCM processes and security solutions for the global HR community and HCM team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Workday HCM processes and security solutions for the global HR community and HCM team.
- Manage and execute Proof of Concepts (HR-related view and WD-view), planning of projects/CRs, creation and lead of design concepts and design workshops, quality assurance, budget controlling, and training.
- Coach junior consultants and define and track work packages and steer configuration items with configuration consultants.
- Set up governance guidelines and tools to ensure the correct and smooth maintenance of Workday Core within the functional team.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Business Informatics, or a similar field. You should have over 5 years of professional experience in HR or IT management, process design and engineering, employee lifecycle management, project management, and process optimization.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in configuration of Workday HCM and Security, with broad experience in intersection security, business process configuration, and advanced reporting.
- Successful participation in Workday trainings and holding Workday certifications.
- Solution-oriented mindset, analytical and conceptual thinking, strong organization and communication skills, and fluency in written and spoken English and German.
- Availability for international travel, if needed.
