Mechanical Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Installation Specialist to join our team at GROB-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG in Mindelheim, Germany.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform mechanical installation and commissioning of our manufacturing, assembly, and machining systems
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues on our machines, develop and implement methodical solutions
- Conduct precision measurements on our assembly, manufacturing, and machining systems using high-precision measuring tools
- In the field of machining, train on NC-controlled processing procedures, evaluate measurement results, and implement corresponding corrections in the NC program
- Act as a direct point of contact for our customers on-site, coordinating with project management and taking on technical leadership of teams after thorough training
- Develop our junior staff
- Project management in the team from installation in-house to final acceptance at the customer's site
- Completed training in the mechanical field, preferably as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d) and relevant work experience
- Optional, specialized further training as a master or technician
- Curiosity about the world and willingness to spend the majority of working hours with your colleagues worldwide directly at our customers' sites to successfully complete our projects
- Excellent team skills with very good communication skills in an interdisciplinary and international environment
- Hands-on mentality and a structured, self-responsible working style
