Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Installation Specialist to join our team at GROB-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG in Mindelheim, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical installation and maintenance of our production and processing equipment
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, develop and implement solutions
  • Conduct precision measurements and control of geometric tolerances on our equipment
  • Implement NC-controlled machining processes and evaluate measurement results
  • Act as a direct point of contact for customers on-site, coordinating with project management
  • Lead technical teams after thorough training and take responsibility for the technical direction of projects
  • Develop our junior staff
  • Participate in project management from installation to final acceptance
Requirements:
  • Completed training in a mechanical field, preferably as an industrial mechanic, and relevant work experience
  • Optional: specialized further education as a master or technician
  • Curiosity about the world and willingness to spend most of working time with colleagues worldwide on-site to complete projects successfully
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills in an interdisciplinary and international environment
  • Hands-on mentality and structured, self-responsible working style
