About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Uniper. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management)
  • Proven experience in site management, construction, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
