Job Title: Project Application Engineer Process

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Application Engineer Process to join our team at Quest One. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, process and instrument diagrams, heat and mass balances, requirement specifications, data sheets, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, process and instrument diagrams, heat and mass balances, requirement specifications, data sheets, and specifications.
  • Be involved in the development of measurement, control, and regulation concepts.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and external service providers.
  • Deal with checking the technical feasibility of specific customer requests and product adaptations.
  • Handle the processing of customer queries and the customization of existing products.
  • Participate in developing system solutions with existing products.
  • Support the responsible bidding, sales, or project manager in direct customer contact.
  • Transmit customer feedback and market insights to product management and product development.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in process engineering (plant design); alternatively, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or a similar qualification.
  • Possess professional experience in plant planning or plant construction of process engineering plants or power plants.
  • Have deep knowledge in the design of process and cooling circuits, gas treatment systems, and the application of relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Be experienced in the creation or modification of technical documentation, in particular P&IDs and HMBs.
  • Show confident demeanor in front of customers and have an eye for customer-oriented solutions.
  • Have very good knowledge of MS Office skills.
  • Be fluent in English, additional languages (especially German) are an advantage.
  • Be a quick learner and enjoy analytical and creative work.
