Position Overview

The role involves the setup and adjustment of extrusion machinery along with associated peripheral equipment in accordance with defined specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and modify extrusion systems and their ancillary devices based on predetermined parameters.
  • Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure both quality and production targets are met.
  • Provide machines with necessary raw materials for production.
  • Utilize modern scanning technology and automated guided vehicle systems for documentation purposes.
  • Notify the immediate supervisor of any operational issues or required repairs.
  • Support the cleaning, upkeep, and repair of production machinery.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., process technician for plastics, industrial mechanic, or a related discipline).
  • Strong technical acumen, particularly in relation to extrusion machinery.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and SAP software.
  • Experience with document management systems.
  • Fluency in the German language, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and efficient work practices.
  • High degree of responsibility and adaptability.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including in a continuous shift environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
