We're Looking for Someone with:

• A completed apprenticeship as a hairstylist (m/w/d), ideally with a further education as a master hairstylist (m/w/d)
• First professional experience in a leadership position, preferably in the hairstyling or beauty industry
• A passion for hairstyling
• Excellent communication and assertiveness skills, as well as a confident and authentic presence
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to implement and drive decisions
