About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our web development team. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our web applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development of web applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and security of our web applications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead in a web development team
  • Strong technical expertise in web development, including proficiency in languages such as Flutter/Dart, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
