- Customer Representation: Serve as the advocate for the customer within rapitag, representing their needs and collaborating with internal teams to prioritize and resolve customer issues or feature requests.
- Renewal Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to oversee customer renewals and expansions. Ensure timely communication with clients regarding contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and additional services.
- Problem Resolution: Actively identify and address customer challenges or concerns, working in tandem with technical support and product teams to deliver prompt and effective solutions.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of both German and English, with the capability to communicate effectively and foster relationships with clients in a bilingual setting.
- Experience in Customer Success: Ideally, some experience in a customer success or account management capacity, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Communication Proficiency: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to convey complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
- Analytical Acumen: A strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting customer data and deriving meaningful insights to guide decision-making.
