Entry-Level Quality Assurance Specialist

Your Role:
  • As an Entry-Level Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in advancing and enhancing our internal quality management, data protection, and information security systems.
  • Your responsibilities include conducting regular internal assessments, such as our Service Provider or Permission Reviews.
  • You will ensure that management is consistently informed about relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • You will organize the preparation and follow-up of internal audits, including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or client audits, and actively participate in the auditing process.
  • You will coordinate the preparation and follow-up of security measures, such as phishing simulation tests or emergency drills, and collaboratively develop strategies with the team.
  • You will design and conduct engaging awareness training sessions to keep our team updated on best practices.
  • You will serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to quality and information security within the organization.
Your Profile:
  • You hold a completed degree in fields such as Business Informatics, Applied Computer Science, Business Law, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • You are committed to achieving the highest quality standards and enjoy thinking outside the box.
  • Structured thinking and independent work are second nature to you.
  • As an organizational talent, you maintain a clear overview even in high-pressure situations.
  • You are a lifelong learner and a passionate team player.
  • You are proficient in both German and English communication.
