Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and refining our marketing strategies for the business unit. The key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and implementing a detailed marketing strategy
  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and assessment of marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Evaluating market dynamics, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to uncover opportunities and challenges
  • Engaging across all digital and social media platforms in close partnership with Senior Leadership Team Corporate Influencers
  • Coordinating and facilitating trade shows, conferences, and online events
  • Working collaboratively with Solution Management, Corporate Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure effective marketing operations
  • Assessing performance and continually enhancing marketing efforts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing or equivalent qualifications
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of pertinent experience in marketing
  • Comprehensive understanding of diverse marketing disciplines, including both digital and traditional marketing
  • Experience collaborating with agencies and external partners
  • Analytical aptitude with the capability to convert data into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in teams
  • Proficient in software applications (MS Office/Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Fluency in both German and English
