Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Planner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with the strategy department, engineering departments, and commercial staff to understand market requirements and integrate them into resource planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the framework conditions of the regular planning process with engineering managers of business segments.
  • Oversee the entire planning process and provide advice based on technical expertise.
  • Analyze results to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and derive recommendations.
  • Create defined reports and prepare individual reports.
  • Identify potential for improvement and develop measures to optimize planning and reporting processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
  • Many years of professional experience in planning and reporting.
  • Sound knowledge of analyzing business data and creating reports.
  • Experience in working with strategic departments and engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a high affinity for numbers.
  • Team-oriented work style and strong communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, or other reporting tools.
  • Business fluency in English and ideally good command of German.
