**A Snapshot of Your Day**

This position will manage the scheduling and resource planning within the tender processes for the Flexible AC Transmission (FACTS) projects related to Grid Solutions.
- To undertake the role of Project Planner, you will develop the Baseline Schedules, Resources, and Supply Chain alignments for the Tender Preparation process for assigned proposals to secure quality schedules and resources for FACTS projects within global markets.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- To undertaking the FACTS Planner role, support the complete department in the Tender Scheduling, Resources, and capacity planning for projects within the Global market.
- Maintaining the Schedule Baselines for the Global FACTS Market, promoting continuous improvement and enhancements with the Execution Teams.
- Preparation of proposal schedule, resources planning, and technical and commercial milestones documentation. Support formulating a winning bid schedule in conjunction with the Tender Team / Business Development Manager with consideration to overall business targets/strategy.
- Review of invitation to tender and specifications to determine customer’s requirements and understand the project drivers for all opportunities, distributing and coordinating across all departments and stakeholders in support of the Tender Manager. Supporting the Tender Team / Business Development team in the preparation of pre-qualification documentation and request for information submissions and completing tender processes as required.
- Develop the Department Reporting Structure and maintain Track. Analyse bottlenecks and support in the solution / low throughput for capacity argumentation or optimization. Analyze and set item replenishment project parameters based on lead times and durations. Analyze demand and forecast provided by program team planners and map out work performance. Analyze gaps concerning the plans and propose solutions. Analyze performance data to find permanent solutions to systemic issues and eliminate breakdowns.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal partners and external suppliers/subcontractors/consortium partners. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customer representatives at all levels and remain customer-focused. Ensure all activities are conducted professionally and ethically and in full compliance with company procedures, protocols, governance, etc., at all times.

**What You Bring**
- Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
- 5+ years of experience in Planning, Scheduling, and Data analysis
- Proficiency in planning software: MS Project and Primavera, as well as MS Office Related Tools. Tableau and Power BI Reporting is a plus
- Experienced in Project Management and with projects related to Transmission Businesses in the Energy Sector -experience with FACTS/Substations is a plus.
- Experience reporting and presenting to executive management and customer relationships, interacting with cross-functional activities across country borders. Ability to build strong internal relationships across departments.
- Strong teamwork qualities are essential: the ability to make independent decisions and recommendations to management. Competitive “will win” and readiness to introduce innovative ideas. - Demonstrate a commitment and aptitude towards teamwork at all times.
- Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. German and other languages are a plus.
