Head of Asset & Property Management

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Asset & Property Management, der unsere hochmodernen Büro- und Fertigungsflächen sowie unsere Infrastrukturanlagen und Services erfolgreich betreibt.

Über die Rolle

Als Teil unseres leidenschaftlichen Teams übernehmen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team die Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Instandhaltung unserer Standorte. Sie sind für die Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen und gesetzeskonformen Betriebs verantwortlich und kommunizieren eigenständig mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Führung eines Teams von über 20 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern aus den Bereichen Betrieb, Planung, Instandhaltung, Property Management und Services
  • Sicherstellung eines wirtschaftlichen und gesetzeskonformen Betriebs der zugeordneten Standorte
  • Eigenständige Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, bspw. Fertigungsverantwortlichen, Immobilien-Maklern, Vermietern, Nutzern und externen Dienstleistern
  • Erstellen von Unterlagen zur Entscheidungsfindung und Präsentation, Erstellen von Vorstandsvorlagen und der dazu nötigen Analysen
  • Ausarbeitung und Umsetzen von Konzepten zur Kosten- und Flächenoptimierung sowie Instandhaltungsplanung über mehrere Jahre
  • Überwachung und Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und Bauprojekten in Büro und Fertigungsgebäuden
  • Steuerung der Immobilienkosten, wie IBIT, Net Cash, etc. nach Zielvorgaben
  • Aktive Rolle in unserem Energiemanagement sowie Mitwirkung unseren Betrieb bis 2030 klimaneutral zu machen
Voraussetzungen
  • Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Immobilien
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in verantwortlichen Tätigkeiten im Immobilienbereich sowie Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Instandhaltungs- und Bau-/Umbaumaßnahmen im Fertigungsumfeld
  • Fachliche Führung sowie Steuerung von Lieferanten und vertraglich gebundenen Dienstleistern
  • Kenntnisse im Mietrecht und immobilienspezifischen Vertragswesen
  • Erfahrung im Optimieren von Prozessen und einschließlich digitalen Lösungen
  • Gutes Verständnis von wirtschaftlichen Werteflüssen und Kennzahlen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fließende Englischkenntnisse
