In an era where markets and distribution channels are evolving rapidly, it is essential to possess a diverse skill set, deep expertise, and a commitment to digital transformation. We offer guidance and support in digital transformations and after-sales operations, always considering the latest trends and promising opportunities. With the appropriate tools, we help our clients maximize market potential through comprehensive consulting services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee and collaborate on sales initiatives, driving revenue through integrated marketing strategies across all four P's.
  • Define product and sales requirements, ensuring the market viability of existing and future product lines throughout their lifecycle.
  • Initiate targeted communication strategies for product lines, including events, press outreach, and training programs.
  • Establish requirements for the sales function and collaborate with relevant Market Performance Centers (MPCs) for effective implementation.
  • Identify market demands and promote result-oriented enhancements to the marketing mix.
  • Act as a market advocate, enhancing cross-border marketing efforts and innovations.
  • Design and execute product/marketing manager events in collaboration with MPCs and sales teams.
  • Engage with other sales divisions and interrelated business areas.
  • Prepare for and participate in essential committees, such as large marketing steering committees and market discussions.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed degree in business administration with a specialization in marketing, finance, or controlling.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product range and associated sales processes.
  • Proven project experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional foreign languages are advantageous.
